Today, we produce our table olives with methods based on tradition, current knowledge, technology and food safety. The preparation methods have been developed by us, after many years of research and experience, with the contribution of scientists of the field.
Our goal, from the beginning, was to validate the olive fruit and create new products, suitable for the modern lifestyle and nutritional demands.
